TalentHunt allows employers to:

• Search and evaluate verified talent data
• Post missions, bounties, or hiring requests
• Communicate with talent users
• Make hiring decisions based on proof of work

TalentOS does not employ talent on your behalf unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You confirm that:

• You are authorized to act for the company you represent
• Information you provide is accurate
• You will use the platform only for lawful hiring and evaluation purposes

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or export talent data without permission
• Attempt to identify anonymized users outside platform rules
